Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview

The UET-NET Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring customers to our platform. By joining, you agree to promote UET-NET's products honestly and in accordance with these terms.

2. Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated on the final sale amount after any discounts. Tier upgrades happen automatically when you reach the threshold.

3. Cookie Duration

Affiliate tracking cookies last for 30 days. If a customer clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you'll receive credit for that sale.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid in cryptocurrency (ETH or stablecoins on Base L2)
• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Payouts are processed monthly (within 7 days of month end)
• You must provide a valid wallet address to receive payments
• All payouts are final and non-reversible

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

• Use spam or unsolicited email marketing
• Make false or misleading claims about UET-NET products
• Bid on UET-NET branded keywords in search advertising
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fake clicks
• Self-referral or purchase through own affiliate links
• Promote through illegal or unethical means

⚠️ Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account. This may result in a negative balance that must be repaid before future payouts.

7. Intellectual Property

You may use UET-NET's logos, brand assets, and product descriptions for promotional purposes. However, you may not:

• Modify or alter UET-NET branding
• Imply official partnership or endorsement without written approval
• Register domains containing "UET-NET" or similar variations

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. UET-NET reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, pending commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
